Ludappex LLC ("we", "our", or "us") built Fly Swatter Frenzy as a free, ad-supported game. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
Fly Swatter Frenzy does not require user registration or login. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
The app stores game progress (level, score, settings, and language preference) locally on your device using SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

We do not use aggressive or deceptive advertising practices. All full-screen ads have a clearly visible close button.
Fly Swatter Frenzy is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal data to function. Ad content is filtered to be appropriate for all audiences.
All game data (scores, progress, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or databases that store user information. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
